International Archaeological School 2026
In 2026, the work of the XIII International Archaeological Field Schoolwill be held from 10 to 23 August 2026 on the basis of the Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve, Russian Federation. As part of the work of the School sections will be organized in the following scientific areas: - Geoinformation technologies in archaeology: data processing and spatial analysis - Methods of geophysics and their application in archeology - Field geodesy and remote sensing in archaeological research - Digital 3D models of archaeological sites: analysis and reconstruction

The archaeological school takes place annually at the end of summer.The exact start date is usually announced in February – March.
Young people over the age of 18 are invited to participate. To participate, you must fill out a participant’s application. You can also participate in the school as a volunteer.
